Being scared can be fun sometimes, but it is never fun to have Stage Fright. Isn’t it ironic how audiences of completely normal people who are not even dressed up as goblins or ghouls can sometimes make us shake in our shoes?

Our imagination is what gets us in trouble. Just like a child who imagines there are monsters in the closet, we imagine everyone staring at us and being critical. We see ourselves freezing or forgetting what we are going to say.
